This combined with minimal down time for weather delays, fewer site disruptions and removing the need for reinforced concrete (except for the base), means VOLO Residential & Commercial builds can be completed in fraction of the time of traditional builds.

Our modular construction allows for the building and the site work to be completed simultaneously, allowing reduction of the overall completion schedule by as much as 50%. This also reduces labor, financing and supervision costs.
While a conventional build will take around around 6-9 months of on-site work to complete, if you opt for a modular build the construction time on site is reduced to just 6-9 weeks!
In a commercial build, having these time frames reduced ensures a quick resumption of business operations.
Over 80% of the building work of a modular home is completed inside a purpose-designed factory. This means that compared to a home built onsite, you don't have to worry about the potential for bad weather leading to delays in the construction process.
Another benefit of construction taking place within a factory environment is the ability to store and stockpile building materials so they are ready for use. Stock levels can be maintained and products ordered in advanced, and then safely stored out of the weather inside the factory.
