This building was designed and manufactured using a volumetric system. All decks were also manufactured using volumetric system, with the ease of dropping into place. Stairs, ramps, screens and handrails were all completed on site. Carports were supplied as a kit set then erected on site.

Project Description
Our brief was to work with their preferred Architect to develop an affordable unique community Housing lifestyle with centralised facilities for the home owners.. These two bedroom, single bathroom units are 68 square meters in size and designed in blocks of 3 and 4 Units per block.
Why Volo Modular
The key to this development was to ensure speed to market of units, it had to be affordable, safe and Robust, with emphasis on Acoustic between units, meeting BCA fire rating requirements, energy efficiency with solar panels and battery backup..
